Seeing God Everywhere at Mission Adelante!

When I think about Mission Adelante, I don’t just see a place, I see God’s presence moving in powerful ways. From the volunteers to the staff, from the students to the spaces we gather in, there’s an undeniable anointing that flows through everything this organization touches.
You can feel it in the way people serve, not out of obligation, but out of love. You can see it in how we pray for one another, lifting each other up when life gets heavy. There’s something so beautiful about knowing that no one here walks alone, we’re a family grounded in faith and fueled by purpose.
Everywhere I look, I see God’s hand at work. I see Him in the dedication of those who show up early and stay late, in the creativity of the new ideas, and in the blessings that continually overflow in ways big and small. Even the buildings feel like a reflection of His goodness, spaces where lives are changed, prayers are answered, and hearts are renewed.
What I love most about Mission Adelante is that it’s not just about doing good work, it’s about doing God’s work. It’s about being a vessel for His love, His power, and His presence. Every conversation, every event, every prayer shared reminds me that He is right here with us, guiding, strengthening, and uniting us for something greater than ourselves.
As Colossians 3:23 reminds us,
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
That’s exactly what I see happening at Mission Adelante, people giving their all for God, not for recognition, but because they know who they’re serving.
Let’s pray together: Thank You God for the way Your presence fills Mission Adelante. Thank You for every volunteer, student, and staff member who serves with a heart for You. Continue to bless this ministry with unity, wisdom, and strength. May every idea, every plan, and every act of service bring glory to Your name. Help us to keep our eyes on You, to listen for Your voice, and to walk in obedience to Your will. Let Your Spirit continue to move powerfully among us, so that everything we do reflects Your love and draws others closer to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
