Jarrett Meek
Jarrett Meek is founder and Executive Director of Mission Adelante. A graduate of Midwestern Baptist Seminary, Jarrett served for several years on the staff of Heartland Community Church in Overland Park before moving to Bolivia with his wife Kristen and two daughters to work as missionaries. When they returned they found a mission field right here at home. Now the Meek family lives in Kansas City, Kansas and has grown to include four children; Caroline, Annie, Charlie, and Lucy.

Jason Schoff
Jason Schoff serves with Mission Adelante as the Director of English Outreach. A graduate of Midwestern Baptist Seminary, Jason also served for two years as a missionary in Uruguay. He and his wife Megan were married in March 2005 and moved to our target neighborhood in 2006. Declan, their first child, was born in January 2008.

Seth Sears
Seth and Andrea Sears relocated to KCK in March of 2006. That same month Seth joined the staff of Mission Adelante to help build a physical needs ministry that seeks to serve the practical needs of Hispanics in our neighborhood.
Seth and Andrea (and children Annabel, Alden and Jude) want to grow more like Jesus by living a life of sacrifical giving and service to advance the kingdom of God.

Morgan Ham
Felipe and Morgan Ham have been part of the Mission Adelante core team since its launch in 2005. Morgan has volunteered as an ESL instructor since that time. She joined the staff as a part-time administrative assistant in January 2008.
