Service Projects

Service projects are a great way for your family or group to volunteer together and make a difference!  We have several practical ways for you to serve through our Resource Center or through special projects designed for your group.

Occasionally families find themselves in tight financial situations.  Your family or group can help by assembling basic baskets of staple food items.   Then, bring them to Mission Adelante, and we'll distribute them through our resource center.

Making an impact on literacy is as easy as A, B, C!  First, get a group of friends together to donate children's books.  Then, sort the books according to grade level. And finally, drop the books off at Mission Adelante.  We'll distribute them to kids in our neighborhood!

Give kids the right tools to succeed in school! Each year we collect backpacks equipped with all the necessary supplies for kids to begin the school year.  You can organize a group of people to assemble backpacks and then drop them off at Mission Adelante.
